programmin on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] contact form 7 fails to work"

I wonder if you've tried replacing the wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7 directory with an older version to see if it really was a recent CF7 update that broke it, or (more likely) a change in your hosting or firewall/blocking.
