vbk100 on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Problem using Radios options or Checkboxes"

Hello,

I see that the radios and check boxes have CSS issues. You select a radio or a check box, it disappears.

Any selected check box or radio option disappears when you click on them.

Could anybody help me?

Update: I found the cause. It is Users Ultra plugin.
