meitav on "contact form 7 spinning arrow + no confirmation"

hello I have the a problem with contact form 7 plugin.
when submitting, the 2 arrows just spinning with no confirmation.
though i do get the mails' but the client has no confirmation that he send it. i did all the fixing suggestions that's been advised in the forum, but nothing fixed this problem.
is there anything else to do.
i would appreciate any solution
