jtcreate on "WP SMTP and CONTACT FORM 7"

The test area works, so I'm assuming that means WP is handling it all correctly. However, I'm using Contact Form 7 and it says the email sent, but it is never received. Are there other changes that have to be made to make it work? Help is appreciated.
