Takayuki Miyoshi on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Email with attachment can't get through"

What other plugins and theme do you use? What happens if you deactivate all other plugins and switching to the default theme? WordPress itself can handle email with image attachments, and Contact Form 7 doesn't affect it.
