nia.lloyd on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Pre-entered text disappears from textbox"

I’m using Contact form 7 in order to set up a petition on my WP site.

I’ve added in pre-entered text to the text filed, which is there until you click on it then it goes blank.
Is there anyway to make it stay there and be able to be edited?

Is this something to do with the theme I'm using?
