cleverpm on "[Plugin: Contact Form 7] ReCaptcha plugin not creating tag info"

I just installed Contact Form 7 and both the reCAPTCHA and WP-reCAPTCHA plugins, and although the tag option appears for inserting a reCAPTCHA into the form, when I select it, there is no tag created, only a reCAPTCHA header. Any suggestions on what's configured wrong?
