Hi,
Contact Form 7 will slow the website loading by 8, sometimes 9 seconds. Please, see screenshot here https://www.diigo.com/item/image/5pj5q/jkbn
Specifically, a tiny 1kb ajas_loader.gif file from Contact Form will take 8 seconds to load.
PLease, could you help me fix those issues? Any advice is welcome.

I am trying to have the same format of contact form in the following demo theme:

But I am not a programmer really and have a hard time to set it up. Does anybody know what shortcodes what to add in order to get the exact same format?

I’ve tried every contact form available and none of them work! I tried CaptainForm and it would only send to a yahoo email, no other ones would work. ANY other form i’m getting nothing at all! Contact Form 7 won’t even let me submit a message, only:
“There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”
Am I missing something or am i just stupid??
I’ve tried everything! Both emails have the domain name in them, everything is set up I don’t understand how this is happening??
I had a problem with the contact form not working and i used the SMTP plug in and i can send messages through the form now. However, the emails still won’t appear in my inbox. Any ideas?
Like i said, i’m further ahead than i was because now i can actually send a form but it’s not showing up.

I have created a form with Contact Form 7 for the “Contact us” section within the Illdy theme and every time I create a checkbox, it shows the checkbox itself in one line and the text associated in another one.

Hi everyone, I need some help please.
I setup a new website using wordpress and all works fine but the Contact form 7 plugin, which won’t send any email.
I used taht plugin previously for years, on other websites, and it did work fine but does not work anymore. I am under the AVADA latest version theme.

– Maybe related to the change of Captcha policy of Google? Some PHP tweak to do somewhere? I tried everything, even the smtp plugin solution and it didn’t work…

I’m using mail form 7 since years in dozens of WP installations for my clients.
Now i’m running into problems the first time with a mail form using version 4.7. of cf7.
The form used is the default: name filed, mail address field, subject field and message text area, plus a recapcha.
the form is working and the mails are received only when there is just one word/name in the name field. Which is : when someone puts his fist and last name into the field (naturally with a space in between) the form gets stuck with the turning arrow.
Any advice on this bizarre bug

Contact 7 form that has previously worked now gives me this problem:

I contacted paypal and they said they never received the request. The only thing
we changed on the form was the amount (as compared to version that worked last year).
Has anyone had similar issues with Contact Form 7 lately?
Contact form 7 form we are using on our web site that worked fine all of last year now does not submit to paypal properly. It returns a message:

I contacted paypal and they told me this is either a problem with plugin or wordpress. They say that the error message is returned by paypal server but they cannot provide more detail as they don’t have access to server logs…
The only change from last year was the dollar amount in the form. That’s it.

Hi, I need to be able to add an Infusionsoft tag (or tag ID) to the GET data that is passed to the form, and have the form take that data and tag that contact appropriately. I see that there is a tab where I can add specific tags to the form that are always added, but this isn’t what I want to do. I need to be able to add a different tag to the contact based on what they selected on the previous page. I see that it is possible to add hidden form fields that add GET data but it appears there is no protocol in Infusionsoft for doing this. Is there any way I can pass a tag ID in using GET and have the form add the tag to the contact? Thanks so much!
I have clients sites that have had Contact Form 7 working on them for months or years that all of a sudden last week stopped working. They now have a Red Box pop up when you hit send that says: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.
The only thing I did on these sites was update WordPress.

using Firefox 52.0.2 on a Windows 7 Professional, contact form 7 don’t suggest the right date formats so is usual to find message about invalid date formats for all options.

We are using the contact form 7 for a couple of years now. It’s the best contact form plugin!
But we would like to add tooltips to this plugin.
We are using Simple Tooltips plugin.
When adding this shortcode in the form. We only get to see the shortcode.
[simple_tooltip content=’This is the content for the tooltip bubble’]This triggers the tooltip[/simple_tooltip]
When adding the shortcode in a post, it is working correctly.
Is there a solution for this problem?
Would like to fix this issue

Until now, I’ve never had any errors with CFDB, but something is happening and I don’t know what to do:
I have 3 Contact Form 7 forms in this site:
Subscribe [3 text, 2 radio];
Send subscription payment receipt [3 text, 2 attachment (1 attachment required and the other is optional)];
Job submission [8 text, 2 radio, 1 attachment].
On my CFDB page, all 3 forms appear in the <select> drop-down menu, but only 2 of them have results (I have seeded all 3 of them).
Also, all of the forms send an mail and mail2, and they are all working (both who fill in the form (sender) and who receives the email (receiver) are getting the emails for all 3 forms)
Then, I went to phpmyadmin to see if the form that had no results shown was actually getting and storing them, and in the 452988c_cf7dbplugin_submits table I had some rows corresponding to that form that was showing no results.
Do you have any clues on what might be happening?

When I insert anything and toggle “Required” it doesn’t actually work in the form.
You can submit the entire form without filling anything in.
